Class Schedule |
Starting the week of August 31 offer two classes. Classes would be Monday and Thursday every week. Monday 8/31 at 8:30 am and Thursday 9/3 at 6 pm. (Workouts will be on the shaded side of the building.) --We would ask for members to sign up in advance and there would be a 5 person minimum requirement. --Classes will utilize kettlebells, dumbbells and be body weight oriented. --Since the schedule will be limited we will utilize a per class charge of $10 paid directly to the instructor. --If there is inclement weather, classes will be canceled and cancellation will be done through the website. We would cancel up to 1 hour prior to class time. --When outside, facemasks are not required if properly socially distanced. When not distanced, masks would be required. |
